INGREDIENTS

Jerakasala Rice – 3 cups
Oil – 4-5 tablespoons
Onion – 1
Cinnamon – 2 small piece
Clove – 3 piece
Cardamom-2
Bay leaf-2
Green Chilly-2
Ghee – 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Salt
Water – 6 cups ( double the quantity of rice)
