Ingredients:
Mutton – 1/2 kg
Kashmiri red chilly – 1 table spoon
Salt
Cardamom – 3 piece
Clove. – 3 piece
Cinnamon – 3 piece
Onion – 3
Shallots – 10
Oil – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 tablespoons
Garlic – 5 piece (make paste)
Ginger – 3 medium piece (make paste)
Red chilly powder- 2 teaspoons
Kashmiri red chilly powder – 2 teaspoon
Green chilly – 2
Coriander leaves – 1 bunch
Mint leaves – 1 bunch
Garam Masala – 2 teaspoon
Yoghurt – 2 tablespoon
Rice – 1/2 kg ( 2 large cup Jeerakasamba)
Water – 4 Cups ( for 2 cups rice 4 cups water)
